Build a Strong Foundation for Your Practice With Proper Technique, Alignment & Yogic Breathing Principles

Strengthen and open the body layer by layer, develop strength and focus on proper technique and alignment. Strengthen the meditative mind, align your internal and external self, and evolve your practice beyond the walls of the studio into daily life.
10.45 am RADHIKA RESTORATIVE - ALL LEVELS
Experience the healing benefits of yoga through gentle movements, breathing, and meditative practices to calm, and restore the body. A gentle practice and great for those who suffer from injuries, age-related and medical issues, and for pregnant women. 
5.30 PM JONQUIL HATHA - ALL LEVELS
Build centeredness and a strong foundation for your practice. Work through the body to build awareness, release stress, and bring synchronicity in the mind and body.

Get ready for a challenging hour on your mat, where each movement is synchronized to the breath. The breath is the anchor as you move from one posture to the next in a dynamic flow, building strength, focus, and endurance.

RESTORATIVE- ALL LEVELS 
Correct posture is the most important aspect of a person’s musculoskeletal health. Your posture and body alignment don’t have to be dramatically off to affect your function or to cause you pain. This class ensures that the spine and all major weight-bearing joints are aligned properly, bringing greater awareness to the physical practice of yoga. Dr. Prajakta is also available for individual sessions.
