Mahan Atman means higher self. This practice integrates essential yoga asana, pranayama, and kriya practices to help you work through your many layers, release stress and anxiety, build immunity, and get your energy flowing.

The simple practices taught in the Mahan Atman Kriya, will help you get grounded and centered to access higher levels of intelligence, creativity and wisdom. You will develop a powerful inner guidance system that will be accessible to you whenever you choose, allowing you to maneuver all your life challenges with skill.

The connectivity and alignment achieved through regular pracice will also nourish you, increase energy and immunity, and develop your intuition to live a purposeful and fulfilling life. Whether you are starting something new, and need inspiration, or you have finished something and need to rest, or you are struggling to overcome challenges, master this effortless Mahan Atman Kriya practice to remain rooted and to live life with greater mental clarity and inner strength.

But to do this, first, you need to work through your many layers, and learn how to remain still and connected. We learn how to work with the mind through the breath bringing within us an inner harmony. It is from this silence and deep connectivity, that you learn how to transcend fear, mental chaos, stress, doubt, over thinking, planning, judgment, self-criticism, and negativity. You experience a tremendous force that arises within you, transforming your energy into light, into love, into compassion, non-judgment, courage, acceptance, wisdom, creativity, and abundance.

There are two levels to this course, first, we must learn how to strengthen the lungs and related respiratory muscles through basic pranayama and asana practices, before we can move into the more advanced kriya practices.
