Our day-to-day decisions, the way we feel and act, and our ability to reach our full potential can be significantly affected by the relationship that we have with our mind and body.

Wellbeing is the experience of health, happiness, and fulfillment, irrespective of life's challenges. It includes having good physical, mental, and emotional health, a sense of meaning or purpose, and the ability to manage stress and challenges.

One's sense of wellbeing is essential as it includes feeling happy, healthy, socially connected, and purposeful, all of which determine the quality of your life experiences. Unfortunately, many people struggle with this. The tools used to increase your wellbeing can be simple, but improving your wellbeing is not always easy as it takes developing certain mindset and behaviour changes to enable you to experience a high sense of wellbeing.

The level of wellbeing you experience is a result of your thoughts, actions, and experiences — most of which you can regulate if you learn how. In this course, we will look at four main pillars of wellbeing, that will significantly impact your overall health and wellness and the quality of your life experiences.

    This live two hour course, will teach you the secrets of feeling good and improving the overall quality of your life experience. Each live session includes group meetings online where you will actively participate in the discussion and live debate, moving through inquiry, questions, and learning from the entire group.
