06:00 AM RADHIKA MEDITATION - NO DROP INS - PLEASE REGISTER - 98331 98371
This is a vipassana practice only class, previous meditation experience is required. There are no words spoken, nor any movement for 50 mins. If you are a regular practitioner, and have the ability to sit quietly, and want to join us, please do. If not, please know that all our yoga classes have light meditation.

Strengthen and open the body layer by layer, develop core strength, endurance and focus on proper technique and alignment. Develop a meditative mind, align your internal and external self, and evolve your practice beyond the walls of the studio into daily life. This class integrates the physical practice of asana with the life practice of yoga. It is based on the principles of Iyengar Yoga and the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras.

Experience the healing benefits of yoga through gentle movements, breathing, and meditative practices to calm, and restore the mind and body.

A great class for those who those. who want a calm class, suffer from injuries, age-related and medical issues, and for pregnant women. 
06:00 PM SONALI VINYASA  FLOW - INTERMEDIATE
Get ready for a very challenging hour on your mat where each movement is synchronized to the breath. The breath is the anchor as you move from one posture to the next in a dynamic flow, building strength and focus.

07:00 AM TARINI VINYASA FLOW - ALL LEVELS
A sequential movement that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow, denoting a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, connected to the breath. The variety of movements means you work through the whole body to build balanced and functional strength,  expanding your range of motion by moving in ways you normally would not. A Vinyasa class is also great cardiovascular exercise, because it is often fast-paced. Moving with your breath increases your heart rate and generates heat.

A sequential movement that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow.  This class structure will include sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twists, hip openers, backbends, and inversions.

These asanas are balanced between the power of breath and freedom of movement, evolving from anatomical precision and clear alignment guidelines. 
A movement meditation that reveals all forms as being impermanent and for this reason are not held on to. It denotes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, connected to the breath.

09:00 AM RADHIKA ALIGNMENT BASED HATHA & MAHAN ATMAN KRIYA - ALL LEVELS
A slow sequential movement that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow. We work on developing a movement meditation that reveals all forms as being impermanent and we learn to let go as we go deeper with the breath. 

The practice is followed by the mahan atman kriya practice and mantra chanting. Using prananyama & kriya techniques, align your internal and external self, invoke your higher energies, and develop a strong, meditative mind and the clarity needed to live your best life. 

If you are new to the practice of yoga, this class is not for you.
10:15 AM REET HATHA - BEGINNER/RESTORATIVE
Strengthen and open the body layer by layer, develop strength and focus on proper technique and alignment. Strengthen the meditative mind, align your internal and external self, and evolve your practice beyond the walls of the studio into daily life, becoming more mindful and alert. 
11:30 AM RADHIKA ALIGNMENT BASED VINYASA - ALL LEVELS / INTERMEDIATE

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Functional training involves both low-impact and high-impact activities such as HIIT, and improves fitness levels greatly. FT involves a combination of cardio, endurance and strength training regimes that also simulate everyday movements while targeting core strength. So whether you are trying to get more fit, increase your strength or stamina, or lose weight, functional training is the perfect workout for you!

No outside shoes, please. Only clean indoor shoes will be allowed in the studio.
