Experience the healing benefits of yoga through gentle movements, breathing, and meditative practices to calm, and restore the body. Great for those who suffer from injuries, age-related and medical issues, and for pregnant women. 
6.00 PM JONQUIL HATHA - ALL LEVELS
Build centeredness and a strong foundation for your practice. Work through the body to build awareness, release stress, and bring synchronicity in the mind and body.

INTRODUCTION TO PRANAYAMA WORKSHOP (IYW) 
This workshop covers basic yet integral aspects of panayama. You will learn the benefits of pranayama through simple practices, and also learn how to prepare the body for this complex science. Cost: Rs 800 or Int. Yoga Week Special Unltd. Pass - Rs. 2,900

Get ready for a challenging hour on your mat where each movement is synchronized to the breath. The breath is the anchor as you move from one posture to the next in a dynamic flow, building strength, focus, and endurance.
