With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes are about fun movement to music, having a good time, and getting fit.

No outside shoes, please. Only clean indoor shoes will be allowed in the studio.

A sequential movement that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow. It creates a movement meditation that reveals all forms as being impermanent and for this reason are not held on to. It denotes a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, connected to the breath.
08:15 AM SANDESH STRENGTH TRAINING
Functional training involves performing against resistance and results in improvements in strength to directly enhance the performance of movements and affects the entire neuromuscular system. It involves training of the specific movement and muscles involved in the movement.

Dig deep to heal, awaken and change your life. Yoga asana can be a great tool for learning about yourself, your body, your mind, and the limiting patterns that you need to break through. How you approach your asana practice to build this awareness is the key. When posture is approached with awareness and humility, it allows for us to create depth versus breadth. Further, you develop the ability to listen to your body, to understand what needs to be healed, strengthened, and resolved. The ego keeps pushing us to "do yoga", using our willpower. But what we end up losing in the process, in an amazing process of self-discovery that enables you to move toward a greater sense of self.
