This is a vipassana practice only class, previous meditation experience is required. There are no words spoken, nor any movement for 50 mins. Zumba is a program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto Perez. Our high-energy classes are led by highly trained instructors, who take you through a great workout with upbeat music. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes are about fun movement to music, having a good time, and getting fit.

No outside shoes, please. Only clean indoor shoes will be allowed in the studio.

Mahan atman means higher self, and is practice that takes you into a deep level of meditation easily. This practice, recommended as a daily practice, is a combination of essential yogic pranayama, kriya, and chakra (energy) alignment practices to help you go within and connect with your higher self, your subconscious.
