Understanding how to raise children in todays world is hard enough and learning how to support their overall holistic health and wellness is also a challenge. By starting young, this class will aim to teach important life skills - the importance of physical, mental & emotional health by raising awareness around healthy physical bodies, simple breathing and relaxation techniques to build confidence, deal with fear and anxiety, and managing the stresses of daily life. Rs 2,000 for 4 classes per month.

Slow down your yoga with this slow flowing class structure that includes sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twists, hip openers, backbends, and inversions. These asanas are balanced between the power of breath and freedom of movement, evolving from anatomical precision and clear alignment guidelines. The perfect way to begin a beautiful Sunday morning - happy and healthy!
