This class is a practice only class, open to all students who have prior knowledge of meditation and can sit still for a min. of 45 mins. The root cause of all happiness and suffering is the mind; all our experiences of pain and pleasure stem from right here.  However, the true nature of the mind is vast and pure. Learn how to heal, calm and focus the mind through continuous practice & exploration of the self. Pre-requisite - Introduction to Meditation course or Vipassana.
