Understanding how to raise children in todays world is hard enough and learning how to support their overall holistic health and wellness is also a challenge. By starting young, this class will aim to teach important life skills - the importance of physical, mental & emotional health by raising awareness around healthy physical bodies, simple breathing and relaxation techniques to build confidence, deal with fear and anxiety, and managing the stresses of daily life. Rs 2,000 for 4 classes per month.

The stages of the path to enlightenment, known as Lam Rim, is a special set of instructions that includes the essential teachings of the Buddha. If we gain deep experience of Lam Rim, there is freedom from all suffering. 
Teachings on the Lam Rim and guided practices of the Medicine Buddha will be led by Venerable Lobsang Namgyel and Geshe Lobsang Tenzin, Masters of the Dharma.

Sat: 3 to 7 pm and Sun: 10 to 6 pm - Donation Rs 1,900 incl Snacks, Tea & Sunday Lunch
