The Happiness Project - Oct 17 - Meets Once/Month
"What does one want from life, anyway?" Most of us want to feel a sense of purpose and feel fulfilled by our achievements. However, stress and anxiety become significant barriers, and happiness and fulfillment begin to elude us.

The Happiness Project integrates the wisdom of the ages with modern-day challenges, to support the Yogacara Community to live more skilfull and fulfilling lives. Participants will follow a specific developmental process to become more aware, mindful, and compassionate human beings - the pre-requisite to stress-free and happy living. 
We will meet once per month on Thursdays from 11 am to 1 pm. 
Cost: Rs. 500 (Free For Yogacara Annual Members)

10:00 AM PRATIK SLOW FLOW - ALL LEVELS 

Slow down your yoga with this slow flowing class structure that includes sun salutations, standing poses, forward bends, twists, hip openers, backbends, and inversions. These asanas are balanced between the power of breath and freedom of movement, evolving from anatomical precision and clear alignment guidelines. The perfect way to begin a beautiful Sunday morning - happy and healthy!

This is a Yogacara supported charity event to support local creativity, community and small businesses. ALL proceeds go to the artisans and towards covering minimal expenses to support the event.
