Recovery is not a return to who you were, it is becoming who you were always meant to be.

    My Philosophy

My work is anchored in the belief that recovery is not just the absence of substance use but the presence of self-awareness, dignity, and emotional safety.

I  view addiction through a holistic lens that integrates trauma, relationships, emotional patterns, and social context.

    Hi, I’m Naila,

I am a UTC Certified Addiction Practitioner with specialised training in Substance Use Disorders (UTC) and Women’s Interventions in Substance Exposure (WISE). Before entering the healing professions, I practiced law in the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.

My path into addiction counselling is profoundly personal. After navigating my own challenges with addiction, I embarked on a life-changing journey of recovery and self-discovery — one that reshaped my understanding of addiction and ignited my commitment to supporting others. Today, I work with individuals, families, and communities navigating addiction, relationships, and emotional healing, offering informed, empathetic, and grounded guidance built on both lived experience and academic depth.

My approach combines evidence-based training with lived wisdom, allowing me to meet each person where they are, honour their story, and walk alongside them as they reclaim their agency, resilience, and sense of self.
