Your retreat package covers everything you need to feel nourished, supported, and cared for:
4 nights / 5 days stay at a century-old, beautifully restored Portuguese villa
Daily yoga and mindful movement sessions
Breathwork, stillness, and guided reflection practices
Group facilitation on deep listening and embodied inquiry
Wholesome, nourishing meals (breakfast, lunches, and 2 dinners)
Tea, coffee, and healthy snacks throughout the day
Use of villa amenities - pool, gardens, and quiet spaces for rest and reflection
Intimate group setting (limited to 8 participants for personal attention and connection)

To give you flexibility, the following are not included in the retreat package:
Airport pick-up & drop-offs
Daily taxis / local transport
Optional massage & Ayurvedic consultation (available on request)
Two dinners (so you can also explore local cuisine)

✨ A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. With only 8 places available, this retreat is intentionally intimate to ensure personal attention and a shared sense of community.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
Cancellations made 35 days before the retreat will receive a 50% refund.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered for cancellations made less than 35 days before the retreat.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another participant at no additional charge.

No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or breathwork is required. The practices we share are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re new to inner work or have been on this path for years.
What matters most is an openness to pause, listen, and be present with yourself. From there, everything else unfolds naturally.
