Not everyone arrives here

knowing what they are looking for.

I didn’t come here looking for answers.

If anything, I came with questions.

But most leave, having found something real.

Not advice. Not answers. Just lived experience.

I arrived disillusioned, my spark fading.

The space allowed me to pause, step back, and reconnect with myself.

I left with renewed energy, clarity, and a deeper way of showing up, in my work and in my life.

I was so immersed in my life and the company I was building that I couldn’t see what was needed for its next chapter. The Ladakh Retreat gave me the space to step back and hear my own voice. Radhika challenged the assumptions I had stopped questioning and helped me see my business, and my role in it, with fresh eyes. That clarity changed everything.

As an entrepreneur, I believed pushing harder was the only way forward.

Here, I experienced something different: slowing down, listening deeply, and reconnecting with my truth.

I had a full life, but had quietly disappeared behind my roles. I came not for answers, but for a way back to myself.

These are just some of the stories.

            Each one is different.

Each one is real and deeply felt.
