                    In this guided space for honest reflection and meaningful change, we learn to rewrite the pattern. Through embodied practices, supportive dialogue, and addiction counselling, participants explore the roots of their addictive patterns, gain clarity around the cycles that keep them stuck, and begin building healthier, more empowered ways of responding to life.
