Building a business is never only about the business.
As a company grows and changes, it asks something of the founder, too.
There are decisions to make, uncertainty to navigate, people to lead, assumptions to question, and moments when what brought you this far may not be what takes you forward.
I’ve walked many paths: entrepreneur, leader, author, parent, and yogi.
I began my entrepreneurial journey at 18, and over the decades that followed, I built businesses in India and Silicon Valley, led teams through periods of rapid growth and uncertainty, and experienced firsthand the demands that building a business places on the person behind it.
Alongside my life as an entrepreneur, I began studying yoga and meditation in 1997. What started as a personal practice became more than two decades of immersive study with some of India’s most respected teachers, and eventually led me to found Yogacara in 2010.
entrepreneurship and inner development have come together in Yogacara’s Founder Development practice.
For more than a decade, my work through Yogacara has been grounded in a simple understanding: greater awareness can change how we meet our lives. It can help us see more clearly, respond rather than simply react, and make choices with greater intention.
My work with founders begins there, with the person behind what is being built. Not by prescribing answers, but by creating the space to see more clearly, examine what may be getting in the way, and make more conscious choices about what comes next.
At the heart of my work is a deep curiosity about the human experience, and what it truly means to live, lead, and evolve with awareness.
Today, I support individuals and leaders navigating complex transitions, helping them move from reaction to awareness, from effort to alignment, and from fragmentation to a more integrated way of being.
When there is alignment, life does not need to be forced. It begins to unfold in ways that are supportive of both ourselves and the environments we inhabit.
If you’re navigating a decision, a transition or a question about how you want to lead and build, we invite you to begin with a 30-minute introductory conversation.
