The deepest shifts are often the hardest to articulate. My work is to give them form, so they can be seen, felt, and lived.
I see expression as an extension of awareness.
When something is truly understood, it carries a certain clarity, not just in thought, but in how it is communicated and experienced.
In a world of constant noise, what matters is not more content, but deeper coherence. A way of bringing together what we know, what we feel, and how we live.
I work at the intersection of culture, human connection, and inner work — as a storyteller and brand architect.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked across leading global and Indian media, including 13 formative years at The Times Group. My work has been recognised along the way, including being part of the team that won India its first Gold at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
But beyond the roles and recognition, my deeper inquiry has always been this:
How do we make meaning visible?
How do we translate what is felt, lived, and often intangible, into something that can be experienced, understood, and shared?
At Yogacara, I shape how this work is expressed in the world.
Not just as communication, but as a way of creating resonance.
Because what transforms us is not just what we experience,
but how we are able to see it, name it, and integrate it.
