When we step away from the noise of daily life and into the embrace of nature, something profound unfolds: we find space to reconnect with ourselves and our inner truth.
The Yogacara experiences are not simply about yoga or breathwork — they are sanctuaries of deep listening, where stillness, presence, and reflection guide you back to what truly matters.
As your retreat facilitator, and a lifelong student of India’s great yoga and meditation masters, I bring my own journey into holding a safe, nurturing space — one that invites you to pause, to listen within, and to realign with what feels most authentic.
✨ The Anjuna, Goa Retreat is now open for sign-ups! I’m honored to welcome you into this sanctuary of stillness, renewal, and true connection.
of stillness, reflection, and renewal."
Your journey begins before the retreat. In one-on-one sessions, we’ll explore your needs and intentions, preparing you to step in with openness and clarity. After the retreat, I’ll personally support you in weaving your insights into daily life — with grounding, ease, and flow.
Begin your day with grounding practices of yoga, breath, and stillness — opening the body and centering the mind.
Savor a wholesome breakfast in peaceful silence, allowing the morning practice to settle and creating space for presence and reflection.
Gather in a circle of trust and vulnerability to name the places where disconnection or incoherence show up in life. Together, we build a new language, bringing awareness and compassion into shared human experience.
A time to turn inward or outward — wander the beaches of Goa, rest in nature, or journal in stillness. This is space for personal reflection and integration.
Return to the mat and to yourself with grounding practices of movement, breath, and stillness, anchoring the day’s insights into body, mind, and emotions.
Close the day with nourishing food shared in community — a space of joy, laughter, and authentic connection.
“To support deep rest, we invite you to sleep well and embrace a gadget-free environment — opening space for presence and true connection.”
Through Iyengar yoga and mindful movement, the body becomes a gateway to presence. Each posture and gesture is less about performance and more about attunement — a way of listening to what the body reveals, and moving with flow rather than force.
Beyond the noise of thought and daily demands lies a quieter voice within. Deep listening is the practice of attuning to this inner wisdom — to yourself, to others, and to the stillness that connects us all. In this listening, clarity and alignment naturally arise.
Your breath is the bridge between body, mind, and emotion. By cultivating coherent breathing patterns, you restore balance to the nervous system, quiet the mind, and return to a natural state of calm focus. From this place, resilience and vitality flow as you discover the quiet center of your being.
Rather than seeking answers outside, embodied inquiry invites you to turn inward — exploring questions through felt awareness, reflection, and practice. It is a gentle uncovering of your own truth, one that brings alignment and authenticity to the way you live and lead.
This has been a truly remarkable journey. The work helped me reconnect with my inner wisdom — and from that place, my career has flourished and my personal life feels more deeply enriched.
As an entrepreneur, I faced many challenges — but through the one-on-one sessions, I found the clarity and confidence to move forward and bring my vision to life. Radhika’s guidance was invaluable. She weaves inner well-being with practical support, helping me show up each day more grounded, focused, and aligned. I am deeply grateful for her insight and presence.
I am a better leader and a happier person. The wisdom and support I gained through the immersive work have transformed both my professional and personal relationships. The content was rich and on point — and the facilitation truly invaluable.
Through this work, I’ve overcome self-doubt and learned to be more present. The techniques are practical yet deeply effective, and I’ve never felt more confident in my abilities. What began as professional growth became something far greater — a transformation from the inside out, rooted in personal well-being.
The retreat rekindled my passion for teaching. Stepping away from the noise gave me space to reconnect with myself, restore balance, and return to the classroom with fresh energy and enthusiasm. I am deeply grateful for this transformative experience.
In the midst of modern corporate stress, the retreat offered me a powerful reconnection with my inner well-being. The practices helped me become more present, improve my health, and sharpen my focus and clarity. Most of all, they grounded me — allowing me to lead with greater balance, confidence, and effectiveness.
This experience will stay with me for years to come. I feel far more resilient and now meet challenges through an entirely new lens. Life no longer feels like an uphill battle — but something I can move through with strength and ease.
Now fearless, my mind has become more alert and calm. I have experienced a significant improvement in my mental focus, memory, life, and leadership skills. I have developed better judgment, become more discerning, have greater confidence, and am quite happy to accept the uncertainty and impermanence of life.
Absolutely Amazing! The experience is customized, and if one is remotely serious, then the possibilities of unlocking the powers of one's mind unfurl beautifully.
