The Yogacara experiences are not simply about yoga or breathwork — they are sanctuaries of deep listening, where stillness, presence, and reflection guide you back to what truly matters.

As your retreat facilitator, and a lifelong student of India’s great yoga and meditation masters, I bring my own journey into holding a safe, nurturing space — one that invites you to pause, to listen within, and to realign with what feels most authentic.

By cultivating coherent breathing patterns, you restore balance to the nervous system, quiet the mind, and return to a natural state of calm focus.
